Terms of service

These terms describe how orders placed through Digibuys Keys are delivered and supported. Please read them before paying.

Orders and payment

Prices on the storefront are in USD. The selected cryptocurrency is a payment method; the payment provider displays the amount and network before you pay. Opening an invoice does not confirm payment. The order portal shows the current payment and delivery status.

Digital delivery

After payment confirmation, we obtain the digital product from the supplier and make available the delivered key or account details in your private order portal. Delivery emails are sent to the email used at checkout. Some products require an additional activation step: if indicated on your order, send us your installation ID and order number, and we will reply with a confirmation code. You do not need to call by phone.

Seven-day warranty

Every order includes a seven-day warranty. If your delivered product does not work as expected, contact sales@digibuys.cc with your order number within seven days of delivery. We will review the issue and assist with activation or delivery. This page does not promise a particular remedy before the issue is reviewed; your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Account access and support

Sign in to the order portal with the email used at checkout to view order history and delivered details. Keep account passwords private and change them at first login if prompted. For payment, delivery, warranty or activation help, contact sales@digibuys.cc and include your order number.
